My yahoo was hacked!!!

I want to find out how Can I just cancel that account completely or get my account back...I clicked on a link that was sent to me by a friend...so I thought...and next thing you know..I got booted of messenger and couldn't log back on..I contacted yahoo via email..and no reply..can someone help me please?
