messenger will not go to rooms
[B][I][COLOR=Blue][SIZE=7]
 yahoo messenger will not let my account go into the chatrooms but it will let me instant message, there are three different accounts in my household this way. I made a new account and it will go in the rooms why is this? I don't want new accounts i want the one I've had for 3 yrs.

do not feel bad frustrated
i have been having the same problem for a lil over a week now and i have had to make a new account even tho i did not want to . i do not know what to do about it i have been sending messages to yahoo about it and they want to keep telling me that they are aware of the proble or other e-mails telling me to try other things but i have done everything and still can not go into chat rooms on that account and there are 5 different yahoo accounts in my house and everyone but me can go into chat rooms . the only way i can go into chat rooms is under my new accout. if someone knows how to fix this problem please let me know ok thanks
