Sbc Termination Fee??????

They CHarged me a $200!!!!!! early termination fee. That was in the "Terms and conditions that they mailed me and read to me" I would have remembered "$200"!!!! being said. I moved and they don't offer SBC in Arizona!!! but it's still my fault and I have to pay it.
